We are a sole trader home salon, located in Willow Vale which is located parallel to Pimpama.
Is There Parking Onsite?
You are welcome to park in the driveway. However, whilst there is another service based business running from the same location, please avoid blocking anyone in from behind.
There is plenty of street parking.

You can contact Jas directly through the phone number provided below. However, we also recommend and encourage online bookings to ensure you get the time and day perfectly suits for you!
How Can I Pay?
We accept cash, EFTPOS and direct bank transfer.
Brow Lamination, Is It For Me?
If you are after a fuller, fluffier brow, Brow Lamination is absolutely for you! Please keep in mind, for best results, you will want to style your brows with a brow gel or soap to keep your brows sitting in place all day long!
Will A Lash Lift Singe My Natural Lashes?
Lash Lifting has been perfected over many years in the industry to be safe for natural lashes. Jas is highly experienced and has been trained by some of the best in the industry. The
solution is only applied to the base of the lashes to ensure we aren’t damaging or over processing the ends of the lashes.
By following the correct aftercare directions, your lashes will remain healthy and strong!
Will Lash Extensions Ruin My Natural Lashes?
We take great care in ensure that lashes ar eapplied to individual lashes to avoid clumping and pulling. All lash products used in salon are safe to be used around the eye area. If all aftercare is followed, and you restrain from pulling or tugging your extensions, it is safe to continue to have them applied. If you are wanting them removed, it is recommended as the safest option to book an
extension removal.
Can I Use Active Ingredients Before My Appointments?
Active ingredients such as Retinol, AHA’s and BHA’s can have an affect on the skins surface and can irritate and in some causes cause the skin to lift after waxing. To ensure you receive the best results, we ask that you refrain from using all active ingredients 76 hours prior to your appointment. In the case you are using a prescribed retinol, we ask that you cease use 7-10 days prior to your appointment.
Can I Bring My Children With Me?
Whilst we much prefer to have you in on your own to avoid any distractions or unpredicted accidents, we understand it can be hard to find someone to mind your kids. As long as kids are able to sit and not interfere with the treatment, we are very accepting of having them in salon.
What If I'm Late For My Appointment?
We understand traffic can be horrible so we do allow an extra 10 minutes to any late arrivals. Each appointment has an allocated amount of time to ensure we get the best results possible without rushing. With only a short amount of turn around time after each appointment, depending on how late a client shows will determine how much of the treatment we can if and in some case we may not have time at all.
What If I'm Early For My Appointment?
Being a home salon, we don’t have much room for a waiting room. To avoid having to wait outside, we encourage you to wait in your car, send us a text and we will let you know when
were ready for you to come in!
Can I Get My Lashes & Brows Done While Pregnant?
It is safe to have all brow and lash treatments done as the product won’t penetrate the skin surface to the blood stream. However, this is general information, and it is advised to seek
medical clearance from your doctor or paediatrician beforehand.
